The man with a plan, Hunter, is the one you turn to when you need information about the criminals you’re fighting. Cool under pressure, Hunter isn’t the first one into a fight but he has no problem finishing it with a confident smile on his face. Spending his days reading files and tracking down leads, Hunter follows up on them at night and is determined to bring the gangs of Vinton down through the system. But when there’s trouble, Hunter will always be on the underdog’s side. 

While Hunter isn’t afraid to point and shoot, he also doesn’t shoot to kill. His guns are custom-made, they support a wide variety of ammos meant to stun and incapacitate his targets, but never kill unless he’s careless. And Hunter is never careless. Preferring to stick to the shadows and bring his targets down quietly, lest they discover he’s missing any true superpowers of his own, Hunter is still a force of nature when it’s time to come into the light.
